Depart Kampala and make your way to Kibale Forest National Park, with a lunch stop on the way. Check-in and prepare for an evening nature walk, returning to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay. Choose from luxurious Primate Lodge Kibale, mid-range Kibale Forest Camp, or budget-friendly Green Homes Cottages.
After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing on chimp trekking. The trek will lead you through the forest where you can spot various primates and birds. Return to the lodge for lunch before an afternoon birding experience at Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary. Freshen up and relax before dinner and another overnight at your chosen lodge.
