Breakfast for day one will be provided at the hotel or your place of residence, followed by a meet, greet and briefing on the 3 days Queen Elizabeth Tour by our driver. There will be a number of stopovers including at the Uganda Equator along Masaka road. Here you will be able to stand in both the northern and southern hemispheres and also experiment how water swirls in different directions when placed in the northern and southern hemispheres. Take photos and even buy some of the beautiful souvenirs. Head straight to lodge. Accommodation: Buffaloes Safari Lodge.

We kick off our day with early morning game drives that offer an opportunity to witness a diverse range of animals, including the big five such as elephants, buffaloes, and big cats like lions, leopards, and rhinos. During our evening game drives, we spot hunchback carnivals like hyenas, warthogs, and many other species that call this park their home. The wetland areas have a rich birdlife, with our unique version of storks, the flamingos in the salt lakes at Kasenyi being a must-see. Additionally, we get to enjoy a boat cruise on the famous Kazinga Channel, a 36km stretch that joins Lake George to Lake Edward. On this cruise, we marvel at water and land-adapted hippos yawning, the Nile crocodile, and savannah pigs like the warthog-pumba along the banks. With binoculars in hand, we take in the magnificent view of birds and other animals like the playful African elephants in the water while on the peninsula. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

This morning, you’ll go on chimps trekking in Kalinzu Forest. Enjoy the walk through the forest and the fascinating meeting with the chimpanzees. After the trek, embark on the drive back to Kampala with a stopover at equator and lunch in Masaka. Drive back through to Kampala as we have reached the end of the 3 days Queen Elizabeth wildlife safari tour in Uganda. Arrive Kampala or Entebbe in the evening.
